The students of the linguistic high school in Nocera Umbra came up with this idea: a food scientist can create a video illustrating the properties of foods that have a lower impact on the environment and are less expensive, and can also, with the help of a chef, include recipes to increase the use of these products (such as potatoes-rice-vegetables). The illustrative videos can be used by everyone.
